Big clean room with ZOO view, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

The hotel is in a new modern building. The room and bathroom were a good size and modern, with a good-sized safe in the closet. There was a Nespresso machine, with capsules, as well as an electric kettle and tea bags in the room. There was plenty of paid parking available, as well as some parking that was free overnight. The hotel is within walkingdistance of 2 grocery stores, a mall, more shopping venues, cafes and restaurants, and the Friday farmers market. We opted for no breakfast, as we were visiting nearby family.

A family room is actually two connected standard rooms. Which creates a separated room for children to sleep in. The breakfast is also great. Just next to the Wildlands zoo, so super easy to have a zoo trip. Also it's just next to the shopping center, which makes convenient to have any grocery.

I want to note the very friendly staff, the wonderful location, in the very center of the city. The bed is comfortable and the bed linen is clean. We liked everything, thank you!

The breakfast was really good, only issue was the staff started to take my plate away when I went to get another cup of tea. The staff at reception were brilliant, they helped me get a taxi.

Location was excellent for where I needed to be as a single person traveling alone and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything really, the location is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped, I loved the walk in shower.
